Hof ten Dormaal Amber 375ml

Hof ten Dormaal Amber 375ml

Description: Amber coloured beer with a solid frothy collar. For the brewing process we use our own barley that is harvested in summer. The sugars that are released are converted into alcohol. The discrete bitter taste is obtained through three varieties of hops. After a yeasting stage of five days, the beer is set cold for four weeks. A ripening process of five days at 0 to 5 ºC allows the yeast to lower. Our beers are unfiltered, so that we can get the full taste. The beer has a flowery and fruity taste.
