It has since been planted with varieties common in Mediterranean farmlands: Alicante Nero, Carignano, and Alicante Bouschet. The 'UnLitro' is a 'field blend' from the youngest vineyards. But don't let the terms 'field blend' deter you. It is actually the project of Elisabetta Foradori and two lifelong friends. Bright red fruits, hints of Mediterranean herbs, and notes of spice are vibrant, balanced, and fresh. |
