| Description: | "From the same Sonoma Coast vineyard in the Fort Ross-Seaview AVA, Dave del Dotto produces some Syrah. Production in 2011 was three barrels (75 cases) and in 2012, the Cinghiale Vineyard produced 250 cases. The 2011 Syrah Cinghiale Vineyard offers notes of bacon fat, blackberry and black cherry, silky tannins, medium body, and a plump, fleshy mouthfeel. This hedonistic Syrah seems close to full maturity but should last for another 4-5 years. The wine has a juicy, long finish which adds to its appeal.
