| Description: | 93 De / 91-93 Bh. Les Didiers is a 2.5ha monopole that belongs to the Hospices de Nuits, from which Laurent Lignier has bought a barrel every year since 2005. Entirely destemmed but with 50% new wood, this is textured, smooth and easy drinking, with supporting acidity and a nip of tannin. - Tim Atkin, Decater. A pungent nose of reduction and wood toast dominates the fruit today. Otherwise there is fine richness to the velvety and impressively concentrated big-bodied flavors that possess a succulent mouthfeel that contrasts against the firm, mineral-inflected and wonderfully long finish.
