The nose is gently inviting, with subtle red cherry and nectarine aromas, but it belies a subtle tension once it enters the mouth. The palate moves on to pithy lemons, blood oranges, and tart peaches with high acidity, light tannins, and a grainy mineral texture. Perfect with Mediterranean food. |
