| Description: | This is a biodynamic blend of three of Austria's most popular red grapes: Zweigelt (60%), Blaufränkisch (30%), and Sankt Laurent (10%). Together the grapes create a wine that is "easy-drinking", yet full of depth and spice. The freshness of blackberries, tart plum, and raspeberries is magnified by the partial use of carbonic maceration. The tell-tale herb characters of Blaufränkisch lead to a well structured, seamlessly long finish. |
