| Description: | A little bit funky and a lot of fun aromas that we don't often find in traditional wines. Not the flawed kind of aromas! The type of flavors that usually appear as secondary for these grapes are at the forefront and magnified. Black olives, Bbq plums, dusty roadside blackberries, anise, lavender, dried cherries and "new car" smell. The 53% Shiraz, 33% Grenache and 14% Mourvèdre has a clean and creamy texture with fresh tannins. A style which is not possible without the use of the ancient Georgian Qvevri. |
