Description:	Hakutsuru, founded in 1743, is one of the oldest Sake producers in Japan. 'Hakutsuru' means white crane, a graceful bird, which represents the spirit of Hakutsuru Sake's long history of quality and elegant taste. Made with a 250 year old recipe, this is their 'Excellent Sake'; it is a Junmai Sake with no added alcohol nor sugar. It is pure rice and water. Serve this smooth, full-bodied Sake either hot or cold. If served hot, try with salty, soy sauce dishes, fried Tempura or flavorful Tofu dishes. If you prefer your sake cold, try with raw Yellowtail sushi, all kinds of raw tuna, seaweed salad or crab rolls.
