| Description: | Bluecoat American Dry Gin is made with a combination of organic juniper berries and other handpicked organic botanicals that are soaked in high proof spirit before being distilled in a true batch process to produces a spirit of superior quality and taste. The aromatic quality of the juniper is amazing; bound up with lingering citrus, and hinting at very soft coriander. On the palate, fresh pine needles and spruce appear, settling to lemon while maintaining the roundness of clean juniper throughout. The finish radiates crisp grain characteristic, bright spices, solid juniper and deep citrus limpidity.
