Certified Biodynamic since the 90's the vines are planted at the base of Sugarloaf, an extinct volcano. Perfect soils for old-vine Grenache. Strawberries, roses, orange zest and peaches. A lovely vanilla note, likely from 100% malolactic fermentation fleshes out the acidity while maintaining its crisp refreshing nature. |
