| Description: | The 2020 Blanc de Blanc is a blend of 45% Viognier, 25% Sémillon, 20% Sauvignon Blanc, and 10% Torrontés. Intense yellow in hue. The complex aromas include apple and yellow peach, oaky hazelnut notes and herb-inflected honey as each variety makes its own contribution. Voluminous on the palate, it is concentrated with a bold expression, a fruity nose and a long-lasting palate, leading to a slightly terpenic finish. An unusual, engrossing wine. |
