| Description: | 91-93 This is actually quite aromatically similar to the Chaumées except that it's spicier. The rich medium-bodied flavors also possess fine volume while the abundant dry extract confers a caressing mouthfeel to the mid-palate that contrasts to the youthfully austere, very dry and sneaky long finale. This is clearly constructed for the at least the mid-term and it wouldn't surprise me if it will repay a decade plus of cellaring. |
