| Description: | 93 Ws / 90 Bh. Rich and juicy, this red exhibits fresh cherry, blackberry, tobacco and spice flavors. A tightly wound line of tannins trims the finish, yet there's ample fruit. Best from 2027 through 2043. -B.S., Wine Spectator. A more elegant and spicier nose reflects notes of poached plum, violet and crushed anise.
