A 20% inclusion of the Musque clone provides lifted aromatics and a mix of new oak, stainless and acacia barrels give the wine aromas of what the winery calls, "White florals, candied ginger, sage, and apple mint, hint of lemon grass on the nose.Amalfi lemons, white peach, and key lime curd. Mineral laced and polished elegant roundness from aging on lees." |
