A pleasant surprise to the palate, with both freshness and depth, giving it an interesting and balanced structure. Light straw-yellow. A complex aroma with scents of summer fruits, pears, peaches, herbs, almonds, as well as minerality. The taste is rich and fresh, with a pleasant saltiness that actually intensifies the softness. Mild vanilla taste and good persistency. |
