Showing a restraint of fruit and an emphasis on earth flavors; pencil shavings, crushed stones, clay, plum skins, and roasted clove have come into their own with some bottle age. Dark and chewy with black cherry, tobacco and tannins that have settled to provide a lingering drawn-out finish of great intricacy. |
