| Description: | Where's Linus is a collaborative project between winemaker Chris Christenses and the Jenny and Francois importers. One of the most respected and influential Black winemakers right now, Christensen sources organically grown grapes from vineyards across California. In this case, the Viognier Grapes were grown on Shannon Ridge Vineyard on the Banks of Clear Lake in Northern California. After twelve days of skin contact, the grapes were pressed and fermented in stainless steel and bottled without filtration. A substantial wine, this orange has firm tannins, with notes of citrus peel, white flowers, and passionfruit. Pair with a spicy fried chicken sandwich or broccoli panzanella. |
