Decadent and yet refreshing; absolutely stellar. 52.83% Abv This is a one-off batch of maguey Blanco, a rare subspecies of Agave americana. The largest documented variety of agave growing in Mexico, the harvested heart (pia) alone can range from 13001600 pounds. Rare to find, and even rarer to distill, this Blanco was grown by the family for over two decades before harvest. The resulting distillate is a gem not to be missed. |
