| Description: | A beautiful bouquet of fresh earth truffle, red cherry, light tar and black spices, camphor and rose petal floral notes very seductive bouquet right out of the bottle, this 2009 vintage has lots of immediate appeal. A big and chewy wine on the tongue with a firm hand of tannins on the finish, but lots of fruit here and a firm hand of acidity, more appealing on the nose but has all that nuance and spice from the nose through the finish. Finish 50+ Most Excellent. |
