This falernum is made with organic unrefined cane sugar and spices. It contains 3% rum alcohol as a preservative. Falernum is one of the original ingredients in Don the Beachcomber's Mai Tai. Falernum can also be poured over fruit, in coffee, and makes for a fabulous topping on ice cream.
