| Description: | The organic grapes from Sonoma Mountain produce a wine that the winemaker describes as, "…an orange-colored glasses in a bottle kind of deal." The tint of the wine is a result of a short amount of skin-contact and a low amount of sulphur added. Apple skins, Asian pears, lemon, orange zest and tart underripe nectarine. A rich texture, juicy mid palate and bitter finish keep one foot in the "natural" camp while showing traditional qualities as well. |
