| Description: | 92-94 Jm / 91-93 Wa / 90-92 Vm. Mid red purple. The bouquet is ravishing in the quality of its dark fruit, enlivened by a fresher red berry aspect. A really attractive sucrosity, then with the brambly qualities of some whole bunch – only 80% for this wine rather than the usual 100%. This is one of the many wines of the year which feels as though it was picked at the perfect date. A delicious perfume suffuses the finish. Drink from 2027-2035. Tasted: November 2023.-Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy. The 2022 Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Aux Gravains bursts with aromas of plums, raspberries, exotic spices and raw cocoa. The 2022 Savigny-lès-Beaune Aux Gravains 1er Cru contains 80% whole bunches. Brambly red berry fruit mixed with undergrowth and brown spiced on the nose.
