| Description: | Best parcels and barrels go into this bottling, aged 2 years in old, neutral casks. Dark, full, rich berries, a touch of vanilla, and a deep earthy minerality behind it all. That smells like a happy red wine place to me. Follows through on the palate, too, but the berries bring in a bit of high tones red fruit as well as a grippier, earthier, and dryer tannic structure as well. Delightful. – ABV: 14% |
