Eyrie Vineyards Troussseau Willamette
Trousseau
Vintage: | 2017 |

Description: | David Lett of Eyrie was the first to plant Pinot Noir in Willamette Valley back in 1965. He died in 2008, and his son Jason has continued the great work. He planted Trousseau in just 2012, and it seems perfectly suited to Oregon's climate. Pale in color, with carbonic aromas of cranberry, strawberry, raspberry, and dried herbs followed by a grainy, gripping texture, this is a light-bodied wine that's deceptively serious. |
