| Description: | This Pinot Noir boasts a stunning garnet red color with a delicate water edge. The bouquet is filled with aromas of freshly crushed cherries and dark berries. On the palate, it offers youthful flavors with a touch of spice and smooth tannins. This light-bodied wine has a medium length and a fine acidity on the finish. Hand-picked grapes undergo a cold maceration for about a week, followed by a spontaneous fermentation that lasts for 5 days. The fermented juice then macerates for another week before being pressed and aged for 12 months in large wooden barrels. Perfectly complementing snacks and white meat, this Pinot Noir "Hofgarten" can also be enjoyed slightly chilled with veal pie, farmer's bread, and grilled meats.
