There is sooo much wine here for $30, which is no surprise coming from the man's 45 years of winemaking experience. The use of Montrachet yeast, 25% new barrels and countless other winemaking techniques give the wine a rich mouthfeel of oak while maintaining earthiness and acidity. Pure balance. This is easily worth $50. |
