| Description: | Yves Cuilleron is a modern master of the Northern Rhone and as such a master of Syrah. This pure Syrah is sourced from vineyards in Chavanay, essentially granite-infused soils. The Syrah is destemmed at harvest, fermentation is in open-top cuves with a two week maceration. An elevage then proceeds for approximately eight months in a mix of stainless steel and small barrel. |
