| Description: | Mosel Fine Wines - 95 Points The 2021er Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Spatlese has a beautifully complex and pure nose of lime tree, verbena, orange blossom, anise, smoke, cassis, jasmine, and white peach. The wine coats the palate with very pure and fresh fruits and leaves a vibrating and hugely long finish. This splendidly pure Spatlese has great energy! 2031-2051. Wine Advocate - 93 Points The 2021 Graacher Himmelreich Sptlese is very clear, bright and elegant on the saline and beautifully balanced nose that delivers bright and quite intense fruit aromas intermingled with weathered slate and also citrus aromas. On the palate, this is a round and intense, mouth-filling and lush, almost creamy-textured Himmelreich with a long, complex and saline finish. It needs some time, though. 7.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in May 2023. |
