Handcrafted by Crown Royal's Master Blender, it was patiently aged for 18 years, resulting in an intense drinking experience with vanilla, stone fruit, light oak, caramel, spice, and nougat. It is truly some of the finest spirit to come from Crown Royal. The distillery in Gimli, Manitoba stands on a 360-acre property and holds 1.5 million barrels of whiskey today. Using the finest Canadian ingredients, Lake Winnipeg's limestone-filtered water, and 12 distillation columns, they create the 50 whiskeys that make up their signature blend. 5 recipes go into making it and the liquids are aged for various amounts of time in used and first-fill charred oak barrels which are subject to the extreme temperature changes of the climate. After the whiskeys have been expertly aged, they are blended meticulously. Their Crown Royal Deluxe is the purest representation of that process and what they have on offer, as well as the backbone of most of their expressions. |
