| Description: | Village level wine from multiple parcels Doosberg, Lenchen and Klosterberg with loam rich soils laden sreaked with shimmering grey quatzite lending a concentrated minerality and focused structure. The 2021 vintage is all citrus peel, white peach and fennel over lifted acidity, faint ocean spray salinity and prancing minerality.
