The grapes are picked on the same day by two teams, all of the grapes go into the press together and the next day after roughly twelve hours of maceration, everything is pressed. That's the Kosmopolit field blend of Riesling, Gruner Veltliner and a slew of other co-planted white grapes. Very clean and fresh with limeade, nectarine & white flowers."
