The "Falcale" bottling is the reserva and it shows textbook qualities of bright black cherry, juicy plum, Mediterranean herbs, and an almost poultry like terroir. Soft and smooth with the acidity and tannins providing only complimentary textures, rather than directing the wine itself. |
