| Description: | champagne from the village of Bisseuil, a prestigious cru classified as Premier Cru. In nose, always the great classics: citrus fruits with a more pronounced lemon of Menton and many tender spices. In the mouth it is a powerful wine that lets its fruity notes (Pinot Noir de Bisseuil) of cherry, strawberry, coffee bean, dark chocolate and vanilla of oak pass through after a prolonged aging for half in oak. To be cellared for about eight years to let the very low acidity disappear and let the soft minerality of the chalk appear. |
