The 2014 Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is bold with black forest fruit and fresh plum, offering undertones of cherry fruit leather and crushed rock. Cocoa powder and spice come through on the palate accompanied by broad tannins and a rich and persistent finish. Knights Valley. Knights Valley one of the most remote AVAs in Sonoma County, bordering Napa Valley to the east and Alexander Valley to the northwest. Protected by ocean influences, this region experiences a moderate climate, offering a longer and later growing season that develops more dark fruit aromatics.
