| Description: | This long-time biodynamic producer makes three separate single-vineyard bottlings from their estate Grand Cru vineyards, always minimal dosage, and always allowing the grapes to attain phenolic balance in the vineyards. The oak vinification of "Cuvée du Levant" comes through as rich and creamy, highlighting the gardenia, stone fruits and spiced ginger. The low 2g/L dosage provides backbone for the richness of Cramant and the extra late disgorgement. |
