This has an assertive oak presence with a very toasty, spicy sheen across the ripe plums, red currants and violets. The palate has a super juicy feel with long, plush and very vibrant, intense, spicy dark-berry flavors. Drink now. Wine Tasting Notes. Bright and lively violet-red color with aromas of ripe strawberries, plums, and figs. Notes of tobacco, leather, and dark chocolate also intermingle with sweet spices such as nutmeg and black pepper. On the palate, the wine features well-balanced acidity, medium body, and incredibly smooth tannins followed by a moderately persistent finish. |
