| Description: | Oregon There is more to Oregon than the Willame tte Valley. Foris is located in the Rogue Valley on the southern end of the state. While the Pinot Noir grown in this area takes on a darker, more muscular personality, the white Alsatian varietals, such as Gewurztraminer, express themselves in a floral and delicate manner. Hibiscus, lychee and white peach reveal themselves in this soft and complex white. The finish is dry (if gently so) making it a versatile friend of food. A tomato, mozzarella and basil panini is a surprisingly fab foil! |
