Certified organic, practicing biodynamic. 100% Chardonnay from a single site in the village of Leynes. The vineyard site is located at the top of the hill at 350m+ altitude. The vines are grown in clay and limestone terroir, with tons of rocks. Only indigenous yeasts are used to start fermentation and is fermented and aged in barrel (20% new). |
