Cabernet Sauvignon lovers will rejoice in this rich, inky, wine from a vintage that developed after the end of the drought years, when vines had to push through the red, volcanic soil at 1,700 ft. elevation to find water and nutrients in order to survive. Tonnage was slightly over 1.25 tons/acre, on average only 12 clusters per vine, so get this wine while you can. |
