| Description: | Another stunner from Pam Starr and Evyn Cameron using four Bordeaux varietals grown organically on the estate in St Helena. The Cabernet Franc blend is 68% Cab Franc, 23% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Petit Verdot and 2% Malbec. The blend lends a baking spice characteristic with blackberries, dusty fruits, and violets. The ripe fruit is given a little bit of backbone with fig, leather, tar and herbs. Great balance of velvety texture, earth, structure, and complexity. |
