This expression was selected of 100% pot still Jamaican rum aged for 10 years in the Uk, with an aim to capture the flavor and essence of Jamaica rum as it emerged from the Golden Age of mixology, when richly flavored spirits were the pours of choice. This single barrel, single estate, cask-strength, 100% pot still rum from Worthy Park Estate was aged for 10 years in the Uk before being bottled at 60% abv by San Francisco's Treasure Island Distillery without any additives of any kind, including coloring.
