The palate is nicely well balanced. It has a pleasant fat the finale is lightly peppery, with a nice lingering finish. the Sauvignon brings to this wine a sharp and intense lightness. Food pairing It will be a perfect accompaniment for seafood and salmons, sushi, panella and sauerkraut dishes. Worth a try on goat cheese. Serve at 53-57 degrees F. |
