| Description: | Pat & Joe Campbell founded the winery in 1974, they own the vineyards, and now their son Adam is the winemaker. It is truly an estate. To make this rosé, the grapes are hand harvested and pressed gently to limit skin crushing. The juice is white as it is fermented, after which they add a small amount of their (also estate) Pinot Noir for the gorgeous color and to add depth and body to this lovely dry wine.
