Fermented and aged for 9 months in stainless-steel barrels, cement egg and French oak. Fresh and fruity on the nose with aromas of lemon and lime zest, white peach, melon, and kaffir lime leaf. Acidity is lively and refreshing on an uplifting palate with a saline texture. Approachable, vibrant, and very refreshing. |
