This allows the Merlot grapes to fully express themselves in a natural way. Fresh plums, chocolate, savory, baking spice, roses and cherry. When a sulphur free wine is done correctly, it transcends to a silky nectar which has been delicatly transferred into a bottle for everyone's enjoyment. This is that wine. |
