| Description: | Faubert Casimir is the second generation running the family distillery based in the village of Barraderes. This single cane bottling was made from organically grown Hawaii sugar cane variety, fermented with wild yeasts and distilled in a pot still to proof. Showcasing vivid complexity, the rum projects pure notes of tropical flowers, ripe fruits, dried nuts and delicate spices including notes of lime leaf, dragon fruit, lychee, almonds and cinnamon.
