| Description: | Aromas of candied lemon and acacia flowers lead to a palate sensation of brioche and wet stones. The texture is broad and expansive while supported by bright and ripe acidity. This white wine has a finish which is quite long and complex that contributes to its amazing elegance. The 2021 vintage was memorable for the extreme challenges it posed to growers. The defining event was a hard freeze in April which lasted several days, and the subsequent dramatic reduction in harvest volumes. Added to this were cool and wet summer conditions which required constant vigilance.
