High elevation and Atlantic influence keep the fruit fresh and light. Red cherry, strawberry, red roses, and expressive sloe berry. Savory notes of tobacco, black-trumpet mushrooms, and wet clay gives earthy aromas while the wine has a well preserved acidity from the cool-climate and rugged granite soils. |
