| Description: | This gorgeous gin was inspired by the tea service at, and created for the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. In addition to juniper, rose, coriander, grapefruit peel, ginger root, and cinnamon bark, the signature botanical is the Empress' own blend of tea. The rich, indigo color is imbued by the blossom of the butterfly pea plant, also found in one of the Empress' tea blends. This gin's aromas and flavors are made to pair with citrus, and the indigo color fades to a soft pink when they are mixed! |
