| Description: | 40% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, 20% Meunier. The Cuvée 700 series is all about expressing both terroir and the vintage – the wine changes with each release, rather than being a consistent house blend. The base for 743 is 2015, showing a subtly developing maturity of roasted almonds, biscuit, and mushrooms but still incredibly fresh with high acidity and a dry, lean, linear palate filled out with a creamy texture and red apples. Intense and age worthy. |
